Subscription

When will I receive my magazine if I order now?
Delivery starts with the next issue of BRAUWELT, unless you have specified a different delivery date.
 

Is delivery abroad also possible?
Yes, you can subscribe to our products worldwide. To do so, click in our menu item "Trade journals" on the desired subscription or clickk here


Are there special subscription offers for students?
Yes, students can subscribe to BRAUWELT at particularly favourable conditions.

How and when can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions run for 1 year. After that, they are automatically extended indefinitely, but can be cancelled at any time during this contract period with 1 month's notice.

Order and delivery

How long does delivery take?
Items available for immediate delivery will be delivered within 2-3 working days after receipt of your order. There will be no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. For orders outside Germany, the delivery time can be between 3 and 21 working days.


What does shipping cost?
Book orders within Germany are charged a flat rate of 3.90 Euro for shipping and handling. For more information on shipping costs outside Germany, please click here.


How can I return my items?
If you would like to return an item, please call us back at +49 911-9 52 85-31 or send us an e-mail to fachbuch[at]hanscarl.com.


How do I redeem a voucher?
Simply enter your voucher code in the shopping basket when ordering. The voucher value will then be automatically deducted from the total of the individual items. It is not possible to redeem the voucher after the order has been entered.
 

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible by phone, fax, e-mail or via the contact form. We will need your name and address as well as the order number or the item(s) you wish to cancel.

We will then confirm the cancellation of your order immediately. If the items have already been dispatched, we will let you know how to proceed.


A delivery has not arrived. What do I have to do?
Please inform us by phone, fax, e-mail or via the contact form if you miss an expected delivery so that we can immediately start an investigation with our service provider (DHL/UPS).
 

My delivered item was damaged or has a manufacturing defect (e.g. missing pages). What do I have to do?
Please inform us by phone, fax, e-mail or via the contact form. We will then let you know how to proceed. In the case of external damage, please keep the shipping packaging and include it with the collection. .
 

I am looking for a particular book but cannot find it in the shop. What do I have to do?
If you cannot find an item, please contact us by phone, fax, e-mail or via the contact form.

After processing the credit card payment, please make sure to click the button "return to shop" or "return to merchant", otherwise the payment process may be cancelled!
